Delivery and Returns

EXCHANGE & REFUNDS

We happily accept exchanges if you change your mind or are unhappy with the fit of an item as long as we are notified within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange for a different size or colour, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and hygiene sticker still attached, and in its original packaging. For change of mind, return postage will have to be paid by you. We don't offer exchange/return on any sale items. 

Refunds are only offered in the case of receiving an incorrect or faulty item. Incorrect meaning we have sent you a product that is not the product you ordered on your purchase receipt. Please notify info@mininaswimwear.com within 7 days of receiving your order.  Refunds are processed within 21 days from date on receipt of your returned item via the same method of payment you paid for the order. In the case of a faulty or incorrect item we are happy to refund the return postage provided a receipt is emailed to us at info@mininaswimwear.com within 48 hours of sending your item back to us. Please note, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and hygiene sticker still attached, and in its original packaging.

 

EXCHANGE & RETURNS PROCESS

Please review our return and exchange policy before proceeding.

  1. Contact MI NINA SWIMWEAR at info@mininaswimwear.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please specify your order number and item/s to be returned or exchanged.
  2. Once you have emailed and have been notified that you’re eligible, please fill in the return form that was in your order and return to the address provided on the return paper.
  3. Once your item clears inspection, you will receive your exchange or refund (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the account you used to make your purchase, and within days from when your return was received.
  4. You must choose a shipping option that provide tracking, with the tracking number forwarded to us. If you do not forward the tracking number to us, we reserve the right to deny your refund or exchange, as well as the refund of shipping costs if we do not receive the item that you have sent to us.

Mi Nina Swimwear reserves the right to deny unauthorised returns or exchanges that do not meet our returns policy.

Please note that the refund could take longer to show in your account depending on your bank provider. 

 

 Shipping

All orders are sent out from Sydney, Australia. We distribute our orders with Australia post and Sendle. Free Express Delivery for orders over $150

All deliveries must be signed for unless you have provided permission to deliver without signature, so please ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery. Mi Nina Swimwear is not held liable in the event that the package goes missing, and will not be able to refund or resend another order.

Mi Nina Swimwear is not responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post or Sendle. Please note that there may be delays during heavy sale periods. Shipping days do not include public holidays or weekends.
